Living With Cancer Support Group

2nd & 4th Wednesdays of each month

10:00am –11:00am

Facilitated by Katie Boucher, AMFT

This group is designed for those who are newly diagnosed, going through treatment, or recently finished treatment.  Meet peers going through similar experiences.  Gain insight and support for common fears and challenges.

Caregiver Support Group

2nd & 4th Wednesdays of each month

(concurrent with patient group in a separate room)

10:00am –11:00am

Facilitated by Jamie Dunn, LMFT 

This group provides tools to caregivers who are currently supporting a family member or friend with cancer. Focus is on self-care and supporting the emotional, physical, and practical needs of the cancer patient.

Survivorship Support Group

2nd Thursday of each month

11:00am - 12:00pm 

Facilitated by Lindsey Levenson, LMFT & Survivor

This survivorship group focuses on life newly post-treatment, when things slow down, yet the physical and emotional impacts of cancer often remain. We recognize there is a need for support and empowerment in this transitional stage towards survivorship. This is a group open to any age or diagnosis and will be most beneficial for those who identify with the transition away from treatment and into discovering their new sense of "normalcy" in life after cancer.

Advanced Cancer Support Group

3rd Thursday of each month

11:00am-12:00pm

This group is to support the needs of patients with stage 4, recurrent,  or metastatic cancer. Join others and get support for the unique challenges common with advances stages of cancer.

Young Survivor Support Group

2nd Tuesday or Wednesday of each month

Facilitated by counseling staff

This monthly peer gathering is for ages 25 to 50ish - with any cancer diagnosis, at any stage of treatment or recovery. Exchange practical information, develop friendships and share in a safe environment.

Coping With Cancer

Breast Cancer Group

This is a breast cancer specific group designed for newly diagnosed patients through year 2.  All stages and phases of treatment come together for emotional support.

Grief Support

Survivorship and Community Education Series

Cancer Support Community educational program series are taught by local experts. Focus may be on survivorship, post-treatment cancer care and challenges, current treatment strategies. Navigating Change Workshop and Journaling

•  Short-term Counseling - Available for individuals, couples, families and children for support with cancer-related stressors and grief. All provided by mental health professionals.
